Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only handle in-court presentations, or do you support remote proceedings as well?
We support a wide range of legal proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, mock trials, conducted both in-person and remotely. Our team adapts to the venue and format that best suits your case.
Are your services available nationwide or only in specific regions?
We provide services nationwide and can travel to any jurisdiction. We also offer remote support for virtual proceedings across the country.
What software and equipment do you use in the courtroom?
We work with industry-standard software and use high-resolution monitors, switchers, projectors, document cameras and backup systems to ensure smooth presentation throughout your proceeding.
Do you provide all the hardware needed for trial setup (monitors, projectors, switchers, etc.)?
Yes. We bring and set up all necessary hardware, including screens, projectors, splitters, and other AV equipment. If the courtroom already has built-in tech, we inspect and optimize it for use.
Can you troubleshoot courtroom AV issues on the fly?
Absolutely. Our technicians are experienced problem-solvers who are trained to handle AV issues quickly and discreetly to avoid disrupting proceedings.
How early should I involve you in the case preparation process?
Ideally, we should be involved at least a few weeks before a planned trial start date. Early involvement allows us to assist with organizing exhibits, planning presentation strategy, and planning/coordinating tech setup and checks with the courthouse staff.
Can you help organize and manage trial exhibits and evidence?
Yes. We assist with exhibit labeling, database creation, and real-time access during trial so that everything is at your fingertips right when you need it.
Do you attend strategy meetings or just the trial?
We can attend strategy meetings, mock trials, and war rooms as needed. Collaboration during pretrial preparation helps ensure a cohesive and effective presentation.
